Everyday Living Services
Practical support to keep your home safe and liveable. All rates are per hour. Participant contributions apply. These services attract the highest participant contribution rate, up to 80 percent for self funded retirees.

Terms and Regulatory Notes
Pricing basis. Our rates are benchmarked against the national median Support at Home prices published by Aged Care Decisions (data current to December 2025) and sit below the median to remain competitive. Caring Lotus is a registered provider operating under the Aged Care Act 2024 and delivers services in compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Service categories. Support at Home services are grouped into three categories. Clinical Care is fully government funded. Independence Support is means tested and attracts a moderate participant contribution. Everyday Living attracts the highest participant contribution rate, up to 80 percent for self funded retirees. Contributions are income and asset tested by Services Australia.
GST. Aged care services supplied to eligible participants are generally GST free under Division 38 B of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. Prices are exclusive of GST where applicable.
Price review. This schedule will be reviewed no later than 1 July 2026 when mandatory Support at Home price caps commence under advice from IHACPA. Caring Lotus will provide at least 14 days written notice of any price changes to current participants.
Service agreements. Prices are confirmed in each participant Service Agreement before services commence. The rates in this schedule are maximums and Caring Lotus may negotiate lower rates in specific circumstances.
Cancellations. At least 2 clear business days notice is required to avoid cancellation charges. Caring Lotus may waive charges in genuine exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
