Colleen is the organisational wizard behind our executive team. With excellent multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail, Colleen ensures everything runs smoothly. In her spare time, Colleen loves to spend time with her young family and exploring all the exciting things Melbourne has to offer.

Eden brings a wealth of experience from the justice system and has worked extensively with complex participants and high-support needs. She is highly skilled in navigating challenging environments, advocating for vulnerable people, and implementing structured supports that drive meaningful, participant-focused outcomes. In her role as Care Director, Eden serves as the senior point of contact for all care delivery matters, providing clarity, consistency, and accountability. Leading our care delivery team, ensuring services remain compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards and reflective of best practice.

With over five years of experience in the disability support sector and more than two years as a Division 1 Registered Nurse, Karmjit brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, person-centred care, and mentoring skills. She has worked across community, aged care, and general practice settings, and has supported individuals with complex physical and intellectual disabilities. Her background includes PEG feeding, medication administration, behaviour support, trauma-informed care, and NDIS goal planning.

Goldie is our exceptional Care Manager with a background in nursing Goldie has a gift for ensuring our clients' care needs are understood and addressed. Goldie has a remarkable ability to connect with clients and quickly assess their individual requirements. Outside of work, Goldie has an active social life, she loves spending time with her family and her special doggies Chewy and Peggy. Goldie is especially gifted at making incredible food.

Jodie excels at making newcomers feel welcome and supported. Responsible for Client Onboarding, Jodie is the first contact for support coordinators, plan managers and self-funding clients. She ensures that every client smoothly transitions into our care. With an indepth understanding of NDIS Funding Jodie works tirelessly to ensure clients funding is always on track to deliver quality services within budget. When not working, Jodie enjoys gardening and being a Nan to 3 gorgeous babies.

Sandra brings extensive knowledge and insight to talent acquisition, drawing on over a decade of experience in the public sector with a focus in the disability space. Supported by both professional and lived experience, she has a long-standing commitment to advocating for vulnerable people and is passionate about connecting the right individuals with meaningful roles in care, with a genuine understanding of what quality support looks like for both participants and support workers. Known for her personable and professional approach, Sandra is skilled at building strong relationships and creating a positive recruitment experience. She is committed to helping grow a workforce that reflects the values of respect, inclusion, and high-quality care.

I have spent several years working in the care sector and bring a strong understanding of compassionate, person-centred support. My experience has allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the importance of quality care and strong support systems within the community. As the Business Support Officer at Caring Lotus, I focus on supporting the team behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations and effective services for both staff and clients. I am passionate about contributing to a caring, organised, and people-focused environment that helps individuals receive the support they deserve.

Hendrietta brings a wealth of experience in the health sector, bringing strong expertise in financial management & budgeting. Known for supporting organisational efficiency through accurate reporting, strategic financial planning, and a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges within healthcare environments. Committed to maintaining high standards of financial integrity while contributing to the delivery of quality health services.

John is one of our highly experienced and caring Admin Assistant with years of expertise within NDIS. He is exceptionally skilled in rostering software, ensuring efficient and effective staff scheduling. John is a reliable and dependable member of the team. He loves spending time with his whole family, is a volleyball enthusiast, and enjoys watching Korean series.

Jen is an integral part of the afterhours team. As an Admin Assistant with a true passion for the Caring Lotus family. She is known for being the point of contact during evenings and weekends for anything that crops up out of office hours. When Jen has free time she loves watching Animal Planet documentaries and preparing incredible feasts for her children and extended family.
