Geraldine is our compassionate and dedicated Care Director, always striving to provide the best possible service to our clients. With a comprehensive background in nursing and aged care Geraldine has a strong history of successfully leading teams. In her free time, Geraldine loves cooking, camping and spending time with her family.

Justine brings over 30 years of experience in the health care industry to our team. With a passion for leadership and innovation, Justine is dedicated to ensuring our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her partner and two teenage daughters.

Evan is our finance guru, managing budgets and ensuring financial stability. With a strong background in accounting and an analytical mind, Evan keeps our finances in check. Outside of numbers, Evan enjoys reading and getting out into nature.

Jodie excels at making newcomers feel welcome and supported. Responsible for Client Onboarding, Jodie is the first contact for support coordinators, plan managers and self-funding clients. She ensures that every client smoothly transitions into our care. With an indepth understanding of NDIS Funding Jodie works tirelessly to ensure clients funding is always on track to deliver quality services within budget. When not working, Jodie enjoys gardening and being a Nan to 3 gorgeous babies.

Amanda is the mastermind behind our staff scheduling, ensuring that we always have the right support workers are matched with the right clients. With a strategic approach and excellent problem-solving skills, Amanda keeps our operations running smoothly. Amanda is the person to call for clients and support workers regarding rostering matters. When not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and dancing the night away at festivals.

Colleen is the organisational wizard behind our executive team. With excellent multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail, Colleen ensures everything runs smoothly. In her spare time, Colleen loves to spend time with her young family and exploring all the exciting things Melbourne has to offer.

Goldie is our exceptional Care Manager with a background in nursing Goldie has a gift for ensuring our clients' care needs are understood and addressed. Goldie has a remarkable ability to connect with clients and quickly assess their individual requirements. Outside of work, Goldie has an active social life, she loves spending time with her family and her special doggies Chewy and Peggy. Goldie is especially gifted at making incredible food.

Navneet is our new Care Manager, bringing years of experience as a Registered Nurse to our team. With a passion for community care, Navneet is unwavering in her commitment to excellence, making her an invaluable asset to our team. In her free time, Nav loves painting, cooking for her whole family and enjoys taking her puppy Chase on nature walks.

Georgia is the friendly face that welcomes new staff members to our team. With a knack for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, Georgia makes sure every new employee feels at home. Outside the office, Georgia is also studying hard in the health care field. She loves to watch her team Carlton play.

John is one of our highly experienced and caring Admin Assistant with years of expertise within NDIS. He is exceptionally skilled in rostering software, ensuring efficient and effective staff scheduling. John is a reliable and dependable member of the team. He loves spending time with his whole family, is a volleyball enthusiast, and enjoys watching Korean series.

Jen is an integral part of the afterhours team. As an Admin Assistant with a true passion for the Caring Lotus family. She is known for being the point of contact during evenings and weekends for anything that crops up out of office hours. When Jen has free time she loves watching Animal Planet documentaries and preparing incredible feasts for her children and extended family.
